Pirate Cove – Sunday, September 20th Hugs-n-Handshakes: 7:00am – 7:45am Briefing: 7:45am Leave: 8:00am Location: RRP Chevron Next to Railroad Pass / Henderson Located on the banks of the Colorado River near Needles, CA it is a great place for people watching! This 238 mile ride is alway fun and the lunch is always good. We will be going through Oatman/Kingman during this ride and having breakfast at Pirate Cove.
Meet-n-Eat – Tuesday, September 22nd Hugs-n-Handshakes: 5:30pm – 6:30pm Seating starts at 6:30pm Location: 9695 W. Flamingo Rd; Las Vegas, NV 89147 Many of you are aware that Macayo’s Mexican Restaurant closed last year and have re-opened in a new location with a new name. They landed on the name “Eddie’s Mexican Restaurant”. Eddies serves up great Mexican food and you may even recognize some of the staff. Come out and support one of our SNHOG members!
Speedo’s Mid-Week Ride – Thursday, September 24th Hugs-n-Handshakes: 6:00am – 6:45am Briefing: 6:45am Leave: 7:00am Location: SSM Speedway Speedee Mart / Speedway Exit For those that work weekends, Speedo continues to lead his mid-week rides. A great opportunity to join other SNHOG members and put some miles on your bike when the roads are not as busy. Come on out and see where Speedo will lead you this month!
Nelson Ghost Town – Saturday, September 26th Hugs-n-Handshakes: 7:00am – 7:45am Briefing: 7:45am Leave: 8:00am Location: SILHC Silverton Hotel & Casino – I-15 South / Blue Diamond Road Five miles from the Colorado River, Nelson, known by the Spaniards that discovered it as El Dorado, was the site of the scandalous Techatticup Mine. An area rich in gold, silver, copper, and lead, the land was mostly settled by Civil War deserters, and was the site of one of the largest booms the state of Nevada ever encountered.
