Special 100th Birthday Celebration
We have been asked to help make a special WWII veteran’s 100th Birthday a HUGE success !
Gene Stephens is the last surviving member of his Military Police Unit. He was drafted into WWII at the age of 21 and was chosen to be of the first Military Police Officers for the Army. Little did he know that he’d be the last surviving member of his inaugural group.
Not only did he serve, but he is an avid Harley enthusiast and to this day always talks about his 74 Harley.
Here is an article that was written about him a few years ago.
The Senior home where he resides is planning a special birthday party and has asked if we could surprise him with a bunch of Harley’s.
They will have a celebration for him from 3-3:45pm then they will ask everyone to step outside for a minute and then we will come rolling in.
Please come if you can to help make an appearance and shake his hand. After our little meet-n-greet with Gene, we can all find a place to have dinner.
Thursday – July 12th
3:15pm – Meeting at Bruce Trent Park – located at Rampart and Vegas Valley
We will depart around 3:30 -3:40pm (the Director of the Senior home calls us that everyone is in place)
Thanks to everyone that can come make this Birthday Surprise one for him to remember !
