We're gearing up for another off-road riding clinic with ADV Moto Pros! Open to Pan America owners and ANYONE that has an Adventure Touring bike. Come gain valuable skills in low traction settings and learn the basic skills to maneuver in the dirt. Save the date and share with your friends!

1 Day Clinic for Basic Off-Road Riding Skills

This clinic will cover "expeditionary" skills. In other words, the basic building blocks that will allow a rider to safely get to their destinations. Our goal is to provide helpful tools to get you more comfortable in low-traction settings, to be more prepared for off-road adventures and rides. 

They are introductory level skills:

Lifting a dropped bike

Using the clutch friction zone

Body position, including neutral, side-to-side, and fore/aft

Braking: trail stops, rear wheel skids, front wheel threshold braking (either a skid or ABS activation), and emergency stops

Turn initiation and counterbalancing

180-degree turns

We've partnered with ADV Moto Pros to provide training for riders with all types of ADV bikes in a unique off-road setting. 

AdvMotoPros is founded by Rob Day and other colleagues of his ten-year career as a leader in the adventure motorcycle world.  A leader in this niche riding community, Rob spent seven years with a private company as a Senior Coach and Tour Leader. During that time, he trained hundreds of riders and led many tours, both on and off-road. These included the Continental Divide, Death Valley, Baja, and many others.
